Do you offer refunds??

Unless the item received was grossly misrepresented or damaged, no returns are accepted. All items are made custom to order. Please use our appropriate size charts when selecting the belt that is best fit for you or the person you are gifting the belt too. We will refund or replace a product for defect only. WE WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE A PERSONALIZED PRODUCT THAT WAS ORDERED INCORRECTLY.

What is the best way to determine the belt size that I need??

We recommend that you use an existing belt to obtain the most proper measurement. The belt you order will be made size to order.

We will give you a center hole at that measurement and three holes on each side of the center hole which will give you a total of 7 holes. These methods are strongly encouraged to obtain the right measurement to center the name on a personalized name belt.

An old rule of thumb for MEN is to order their pants size in addition to 2″. For example, for a size 36″ in pants you would order a size 38″ in your belt.

What if an item added to my shopping bag was sold out??

A: The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed during the checkout process. If an item is extremely popular and in limited stock, it might be sold out once you reach the checkout. An item added to your shopping bag is saved for a total of 30 days, however, stock availability cannot always be guaranteed. You are therefore encouraged to submit payment as soon as possible.

Q: Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed??

A: It is only possible to make a change to your order within 1 hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (within the hour) with your change/cancellation request details included. You are strongly advised to use our Contact Us page or call us directly. This will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.

Q: Is my privacy and personal information secure on your site??

A: We provide among the best e-commerce service in the industry, and guarantee secure payment processing at all times.

Q: How do I return or exchange an item??

A:Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization which is limited only being if the order was completely wrong or damaged upon arrival to your home. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Customer Service staff first to confirm. Once you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided.
